Our team interview this week is all about our newest recruit and Delivery Consultant Katie Bailey. Welcome to the Team Katie, it’s wonderful to have you!

Meet Katie!

Can you give me a professional overview?

I’ve worked in a number of different industries, most recently working in a university doing research. I worked alongside a team of developers which gave me a bit more of an understanding into how they worked and made me want to explore this area more.

Why did you join?

I wanted a change and to join somewhere with a fast-paced environment and having that experience of working alongside a tech team really drew me towards helping others find great jobs in tech!

What do you do?

I’m a Delivery Consultant so work with candidates throughout the recruitment process to eventually help them land their dream job.

Favourite Affecto Moment?

Learning the ropes and getting good feedback on the work I’ve done - and being able to discover the amazing food and drink places near the office!

Favourite Recruitment Moment?

I’m still in training yet, so watch this space!

Favourite Holiday Destination?

Anywhere in America!

Favourite Food?

A good old fashioned Burnley pie (now tried and tested by the rest of the team, who agree it’s the best thing since sliced bread)

You don’t have to have it all figured out at 21!
