Affecto are working in partnership with an innovative Software House in the Recruitment of a Platform Engineer. We’re looking for Engineers from diverse backgrounds who love working with the latest tools and tech.

What will you be doing?

• Working on digital programmes across various clients.

• Work closely with other members of the delivery team, collaborating with developers, architects, designers, analysts and product owners.

• Deliver automation, tooling and cloud infrastructure.

What experience do you need?

• Expert knowledge of AWS.

• Strong experience of designing, deploying, and managing enterprise cloud environments.

• Detailed understanding of containers and container orchestration (Docker, EKS, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation or Pulumi).

• Understanding of configuration management, automation, and scripting (Python, Ruby, Go).

• Experience of platform and application automated deployment technologies.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
