Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive your objective is to create, secure and build strong relationships with the most desirable clients in order to market the region's best talent. How YOU do this is up to YOU, calls, visits, networking, social media, the choice is YOURS.

You'll need to be target driven, organised, be a real strategic thinker in order to take advantage of our reputation within the IT & Technology Recruitment market place. 

What will you be doing?

  • Cold calling prospective clients

  • Following up on warm leads

  • Attending client meetings

  • Creating client acquisition strategies

  • Attending Networking events

  • Working closely with our Candidate Team in the promotion of Yorkshire and The Midlands Top Talent.

  • Promoting Affecto’s services via various social media platforms

  • Working closely with new and existing clients to successfully deliver a variety of recruitment projects

What do you need?

  • The drive to promote Affecto to prospect clients while delivering exceptional levels of service throughout the client acquisition process 

  • The ability to work autonomously and deliver against short, medium and long-term objectives simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums - written, face to face and on the phone

  • Be goal orientated with tenacity, determination and a keen eye for detail
