Affecto Team Interview: Meet Bradley

This week we welcomed our new delivery consultant Bradley to the team. So, it was only right to dedicate this week’s blog to him.

Can you give me a professional overview?

I’ve spent the last 6 years working in sales and retention. I love building relationships so I've been looking for a role where I can do this. Recruitment seemed the best place.

Why did you join?

I've been working in a Sales Call Centre environment, and I saw a post Craig put on LinkedIn, and thought I'll have a bit of that. We got talking over a beer and 2.5 hours of conversation later, I’m here.

What do you do?

I'm responsible for sourcing new candidates, building relationships and looking after clients. 

Favourite Affecto Moment?

As I am new to the company, watch this space but they did make me taste OUZO on my induction day, but I love Greece, which you'll read in a bit.

Favourite Holiday Destination?

Greece is my favourite holiday destination. I first went in 2016 which was my first ever time flying, and I've been going every single year without fail. I am getting married in Greece in 2022. 

Favourite Food?

Greek food is my favourite food, the Lamb Kleftico or the Gyros, I can't choose between the two. 

Favourite Beverage?

I love a Mytho’s beer or a Peroni, but sometimes a cheeky whiskey.

What professional advice would you give your younger self?

Always be yourself and don't let anyone tell you what you should or shouldn't do.
